Safe and Happy in our Mini-Manors

Keeping all our guests safe, and our self-catering Mini Manors sparkling clean as we reopen

We want to reassure all our guests that your Coronavirus safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us. We are taking every step possible to ensure that we protect your health and safety as well as that of our staff members.

What we are doing to keep our guests 'safe and happy'

The COVID-19 situation is ever evolving and we are keeping up to date on a daily basis and responding accordingly to the protocols for controlling the disease:

1. We are rigidly following the guidelines set by the Association of Scottish Self Caterers (ASSC) 
   
2. We are registered on the Visit Scotland “We’re good to go” industry standard
   
3. Here are some of the measures that we have put in place:
   
   • We have non-contact booking, pre-payment and self check-in arrival procedures in place to minimise contact
   • You can rest assured that our normal high standards of housekeeping have been supplemented by complete Mini-Manor (MM) disinfecting procedures using Covid approved cleaning materials
   • All touch points in each Mini-Manor has been fully sanitised before arrival and no staff member will re-enter the property before your arrival
   • All bed linen and towels will be laundered at a temp above 60 degree Celsius in accordance with HSE guidelines
   • All staff wear appropriate PPE according to their role and responsibility and are fully prepared and trained on COVID-19 safety procedures

We are very excited to be able to welcome guests back for breaks at our Mini Manors

We are able to welcome guests again from 3rd July for self-catering breaks through the summer in our Mini Manors, kept safe, sound and sparkling clean. They are the perfect spot for reuniting with family and friends, exploring the Highlands, and making a proper staycation of it!
