Achnagairn Castle & Estate is a five-star, exclusive-use venue set in the Scottish Highlands. We specialise in immersive, multi-day weddings, private stays, corporate retreats and events, welcoming guests from across the UK and internationally.
Our approach is personal, hands-on and detail-focused. Every event is different, and we work closely with each client to create something that feels completely their own. Our motto is simple: Escape the Ordinary.
We are a close-knit, hands-on team who genuinely love what we do. We are currently growing and would love to hear from people who share our approach.

Wedding & Events Coordinator
/ Trainee
Full-time | On-site | 12-month maternity cover (from May)
Weddings are at the heart of everything we do at Achnagairn. This is a key role within our team, supporting couples from booking through to their wedding and helping bring their plans to life across a multi-day stay.
A brilliant fit for someone organised, people-focused and excited by the pace and energy of weddings. We would love to hear from people with experience or possible trainees with enthusiasm!
Sales & Marketing Manager (Corporate & Leisure)
Part-time | Corporate & Leisure Focus
A proactive, outward-facing role focused on growing our corporate and leisure business. You will build relationships, develop partnerships and position Achnagairn as a destination for retreats and group stays.
Ideal for someone commercially minded who enjoys making connections and creating opportunities.
Social Media Content Creator
Part-time | 2 days per week | Flexible structure
Help us tell the story of Achnagairn. This role focuses on capturing and sharing the atmosphere of the castle across weddings, events and estate life.
Flexible in structure, with options for on-site content creation, remote channel management, or a blend of both.
Events & Bar Team
Part-time | Flexible shifts
Join our events team delivering weddings and celebrations across the season. A hands-on role supporting drinks service and guest experience throughout our events.
Perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, working as part of a team and being part of special occasions. Flexible work available!
