The catering at Achnagairn is done by our award-winning kitchen team at Table Manors Restaurant. Our two highly talented young chefs, Euan and David, run the kitchen at Achnagairn, and they have both won the Young Highland Chef of the Year award.
The team set up the Table Manors restaurant at Achnagairn in 2017 and have received a coveted Two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence and five gold stars for service. In November 2018, Table Manors was awarded “Restaurant of The Year 2018” by the Highlands and Island Food and Drink Awards. Our Executive Head Chef – Euan Walker – has also been just chosen as Rising Star of the Year 2018 in the Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards.
We have a selection of menu options for you to choose from but of course, given our flexible attitude, we would also be happy to tailor-make a menu to your preferences. Foie gras? No problem? Oysters? Of course. Hidden herbs from the woodlands around in the estate? Yes, that goes without saying...
