The best of both worlds: a private villa and access to a Caribbean resort

Our luxury villa, Perfect Sunshine, sits above Nonsuch Bay Resort, giving you the best of both worlds. Take part in resort life, using the sailing and kitesurfing facilities and dining in the restaurant, or remain in total privacy up at the villa.

Nonsuch is set in 40 acres, with glorious ocean views on all sides, with three resort pools, a restaurant, and a charming private beach. The walk down to the beach is only 5 minutes from the villa (and maybe 10 back up!).

The beach

The beach at Nonsuch is lovely. It is private, only for use by guests of the resort, with beautiful rustling Palm Trees, and sun until the evening.

Green Island

You can also ask to be taken out by boat to Green Island: a private island a ten minute boat ride across the bay. It is magical: the ultimate tropical paradise, with turquoise seas and excellent snorkelling.

The restaurant

The restaurant at Nonsuch Bay offers all inclusive dining for guests. If you are staying at Perfect Sunshine, you can also opt for dining here if you would prefer not to cook!

Sailing

Nonsuch Bay is famous across Antigua for its excellent sailing conditions. Nonsuch Bay resort's sailing club rents dinghies to guests, or you can book private lessons.

Kitesurfing

An excellent Kitesurfing company, 40 Knots, also operates out of the resort. You can book private or group lessons with them down on the beach, or rent a kitesurf. The team will take you out to Green Island to surf, where the wind is unfailingly excellent.
