Our villa in Antigua is extraordinary. Situated at the top of Nonsuch Bay resort, the villa has breathtaking views on all sides: look one way, and you gaze over the turquoise waters of Green Island in the distance; look the other, and you see a calm fjord-like vista, with stunning sunsets in the evening.

Perfect Sunshine is generally rented out to groups of family or friends as a way to escape it all and relax completely. The villa sits above Nonsuch Bay Resort, giving you the best of both worlds: take part in resort life, using the sailing and kitesurfing facilities and dining in the restaurant, or remain in total privacy up at the villa. Whichever you choose, the resort’s private beach is always at your disposal.

Located on a fantastic Island
Antigua itself is a wonderful island, and very easily accessible from the UK and US with frequent direct flights. With 365 beaches, one for every day of the year, you will not be short of places to explore. Nonsuch Bay (where the villa is located) is famed for its excellent sailing and kitesurfing conditions, and you can take lessons or rent equipment down at the marina.
