A glorious mansion, the ideal spot for a decadent group gathering
It may be a rather grand claim, but Cortes House consistently leaves visitors amazed
The house is large – 10 bedrooms in the main house (with two additional bedrooms available if required) – but it is never overwhelming. With so many bedrooms, and such spacious reception areas, you could not find a more perfect for groups of family and friends to get together.
The House
Cortes House sleeps up to 30 people in 10 (or 12) beautifully designed bedrooms. It's rather unique to find so many bedrooms in such a beautiful Georgian mansion. The house still retains many of its original features, from the delicate cornicing to the vast windows, but it has been refurbished in a modern style.
The ideal stays
With space for 30 people, Cortes House is the ideal escape for intimate weddings, family get-togethers, holidays, parties, business functions and team building events. In recognition of this, it has been given a four-star luxury accommodation rating by Visit Scotland.
