Christmas parties at Achnagairn Castle
This year, we're throwing open the doors of Achnagairn for Christmas. Picture chandeliers and candlelight, the bubbly flowing, and our vaulted wooden ballroom decked out for the season: the Inverness festive party as it should be, decadent, in a private Highland castle for the night.
You may know us already, perhaps you celebrated a wedding here, or joined us for an event at the castle. This December, we have something new in mind for you: your Christmas party, done the Achnagairn way.
Two Nights Only: Friday 11th and 18th December 2027
Our Christmas party nights return on Friday 11th and Friday 18th December, when the ballroom fills with people celebrating from across the Highlands for a night out they won't forget.
The evening runs 7pm to midnight, and includes:
- A welcome drink to start things off in style
- A 3-course Christmas feast, made from the finest Highland produce
- Dancing until midnight with DJ Andy Belby on the decks
All for £75 per person.
It's the ideal night for the smaller group or growing business that fancies a brilliant Christmas out with none of the planning. Bookings run from 2 guests upwards, with tables seated in groups of 8-9, so gather your team, your friends, or your family and reserve your table.

Why Leave?
When the last song plays, there's no need to call it a night. Stay right where the fun is, with discounted rooms available for party guests, either in one of the castle's 24 individually designed bedrooms, each full of character and no two the same, or in our Mini Manors, a five-minute walk away.
Rooms are available with or without breakfast, so you can wake up to a full Highland spread the next morning, or simply take your time.

Stay on the estate and there's no need to think about the drive home, just more time on the dance floor.
Fancy the Whole Ballroom to Yourselves?
New for this year, you can also take the ballroom exclusively for your own company's Christmas party: your guest list, your running order, your menu, your evening entirely. It's a blank canvas for the celebration you have in mind, with a castle as the backdrop. And if you'd like the whole estate to yourselves, full exclusive use is, as always, available too.
