Cortes House is located in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, just an hour from Aberdeen Dyce Airport and 36 miles from the centre of Aberdeen itself. Despite the amazing privacy and quiet at the house itself, Cortes is wonderfully accessible and easy to reach by air, road and rail.
There are a whole host of things to do nearby – Cortes is only a 10-minute drive from beautiful beaches, making it easy to adventure out and explore the dunes. For those more golf-minded, we are privileged to be located only half an hour from the Trump International Golf Links Course, and near plenty of culture, from Slaines Castle (that inspired Dracula), to the charming town of Pennan immortalised in the wonderful film Local Hero.
We have guests come from all over the country to stay, with friends often joining from abroad, so we are lucky to have Aberdeen airport so close, with international and regional flights coming in every day. These come in from London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Bristol, Copenhagen, Paris and Amsterdam to name but a few. It is then an easy 1 hour drive up to Fraserburgh, where you will find the house.
For those coming by road, the address of the house itself is:
Cortes House,
Fraserburgh,
Aberdeenshire

Aberdeen station is extremely well connected to the rest of the UK by train, and is an easy 1 hour drive to Cortes House.
