Recent charity events that have been held at the mansion include: a sumptuous Wimbledon ladies lunch (complete with large screens for viewing the matches) for Maggie’s Centres; a ball for 200 people to raise funds for Marie Curie; an informative lecture with soup and sandwiches for the British Red Cross; an Invesco Perpetual Gala Dinner in a marquee in the garden.
